The platform was created from first-hand experience managing hospitality teams, rotas, employee records, attendance and payroll preparation.

The objective is simple: remove unnecessary admin and give managers and employees a system that feels intuitive from the first shift — not another database that everyone tolerates.

We believe hospitality software should reflect how the industry actually operates. Split shifts, last-minute changes, part-time teams, event nights, multiple roles per person, tight labour cost pressure — none of these are edge cases here.

We're building the product deliberately: shipping what solves real problems and leaving out what doesn't.
